1. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.
2. How to Request a Return

Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item or incorrect size
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bagella.store and include clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only in the following situations:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Wrong size received
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. No Restocking Fees
Bagella does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing time is typically 5–7 business days
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
7. Discounts & Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be applied during checkout.
We are unable to apply discounts after an order has been placed or refund the difference for missed promotions.
